The practice and training home for Intimacy Trauma work.

EmbodiedLife Wellness Institute brings somatic practice, behavioral health research, and the emerging field of intimacy trauma into one place. This is where women, clinicians, and organizations come to address what capacity disruption does to the body, the relationship, and the culture.

The institute

What EmbodiedLife Wellness Institute Is Built For

EmbodiedLife Wellness Institute is the operational home of the SOFTEN Method™, a somatic intervention framework designed to restore intimacy capacity at the nervous system level. Through consulting, retreats, practitioner certification, intensive workshops, organizational leadership engagements, and the Softspaces Podcast, the Institute equips women, clinicians, and leadership teams to understand and restore what chronic stress, relational trauma, and intergenerational patterns have disrupted.

The Institute is grounded in neurobiological theory, attachment science, and the emerging evidence base around intergenerational trauma transmission, and it is the professional home of one of the most distinctive voices in the field of intimacy trauma.
